KROSS Hexagon Mini 1.0 SR is our proposal for a children’s bike that will help your child keep up with you during bicycle trips. Regardless of whether it is a question of riding on bicycle paths or you decide to go outside the city, the KROSS Hexagon Mini 1.0 SR will work perfectly in them. We have equipped it with proven solutions that facilitate the handling of the bicycle, and also increase the safety of the child while riding.
The KROSS Hexagon Mini 1.0 SR version for 2021 has undergone delicate changes to make it even more accessible to children. It also includes numerous modifications to the frame structure, seemingly invisible at first glance, but significantly improving driving comfort.
Accessories adapted to the child’s needs
The KROSS Hexagon Mini 1.0 SR children’s bike is equipped with 6 gears and a Sunrace RDM36 rear derailleur operating with Sunrace MFM2A-6 shifters, so that a small cycling enthusiast can easily find himself in any terrain. To improve the driving experience, even on slightly more difficult surfaces, we used 20-inch wheels to facilitate driving and overcoming basic obstacles. They are equipped with high-quality 1.9-inch Mitas Scylla V75 tires, ensuring excellent grip in all conditions.
Checked solutions
The KROSS Hexagon Mini 1.0 SR frame has been designed with the youngest cyclists in mind. Its purpose is to make it easier to get on and off the bike. To reduce its weight, we decided to use a rigid fork and make a performance aluminum frame. It is a special 6061 performance aluminum alloy, which makes the bike stiff and very durable. At the same time, it is a relatively light material that can surprise many young cyclists with its properties.

WOMEN’S OR MEN’S SIZE ?
Selected KROSS models are available in both women’s and men’s versions. How to tell the difference between these versions? Women’s sizes / frames are distinguished in the frame selection table (“How to choose the frame size”) with the letter “D” preceding the letter with the size, for example DM (17 ‘) 28 “means a bicycle for ladies in size M with a frame size of 17 and wheels 28 inches. Sizes without the preceding letter “D” usually mean a male size or (depending on the model) universal size (e.g. MTB / MTB XC models and others)
HOW TO READ FRAME GEOMETRY TABLES ?
M (19 ‘) 29 “- such an entry means: M – frame size expressed in the symbol, 19’ – frame size in inches, and the value 29” means the diameter of the wheel (rim, tires, tubes) also expressed in inches (usually 26, 27.5 and 29 inches for MTB bikes and 28 inches for trekking, city or road bikes)
